- Enquiry and assessment data for prospects who do not become clients is reviewed and deleted within 12 months of the last interaction.
- Newsletter subscription data is kept until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe).
- Client engagement and billing records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for six years thereafter, as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
